Here in Alaska GCI is offering its customers free phone calls to Japan between now and April 10. Actually, if you’re a GCI customer and you made calls between Mar. 11 and Mar. 14, you’ll receive a credit.
The free calls are available from residential or cell phones (but not pre-paid cell phones).
