I just can’t shut up about Spain. We had a great trip. The Penedes wine growing area around Barcelona is where much of the country’s “cava” is produced. Although it’s bubbly, fruity, crisp and clear–don’t call it Champagne. HA. You think the French are picky about their wines? Welcome to Catalonia! This is CAVA! HA.
