Gray Line of Alaska has a host of new web specials for the summer season. Here are a few of myfavorites:

a. 3 day/2 night rail/lodging package from Anchorage. Stay one night in Denali and one night in Talkeetna. Ride the rails on the McKinley Explorer private rail cars. Take a tour into Denali National Park. Go hiking. Take a flightseeing trip. Lots to see and do! From: $239 per person.

b. “Yukon Highlights” tour from Anchorage to Juneau. This 11-day tour includes your rail trip north from Anchorage to Denali and Fairbanks. Then, drive the “Top of the World” highway to Chicken where you’ll sail on the Yukon River! You’re in the heart of the Klondike now! Continue to Whitehorse and Skagway–and finally to Juneau. Save $500 on this tour when you book before 3/31/2010.

c. Portage Glacier cruise. Sail on the mighty m/v Ptarmigan right up to the face of Portage Glacier. This is a fun trip–and it’s an active glacier so you’ll see some big icebergs slip into the lake–right in front of you!

Check with Gray Line of Alaska for all your excursions around Alaska and the Yukon!
