The Alaska SeaLife Center has planned an exciting summer fundraiser in conjunction with the Seward Silver Salmon Derby. “Fish for the Future” will celebrate fisheries, marine education, and all who depend on the health and productivity of Alaska’s ocean ecosystems.
Featuring artist Ray Troll and with music from Hobo Jim, the August 14-15 event will include a Friday night reception and behind-the-scenes tour, a day of world-class salmon and halibut fishing, and, Saturday evening, a gourmet banquet in the Alaska SeaLife Center’s dramatic exhibit area.
