Meet me at the Alaska Aviation Museum on Wed., Feb. 28, 2018 5-8PM! Four aviation authors will be on hand to sign their Alaska Aviation books!
- Icons of the Iditarod, by Jeff Schultz. Jeff is a great photographer–and he’s spent a lot of time on the trail.
- In the Right Place at the Right Time, by Steve Levi. Steve wrote a biography of Grenold and Dorothy Collins. Grenold was a larger-than-life Bush Pilot, legislator and make-it-happen guy. I actually knew his wife, Dorothy, when she ran Global Travel here in Anchorage.
- Iditarod: The First 10 Years, by “The Iditarod Gang.” This is a great book with lots of memories by several folks who know the race and the key players!
- You Breathe, I Fly, by Orin Seybert. This is the story of Penair, as told by its founder, aviation legend Orin Seybert.
Don’t miss the chance to learn about these bigger-than-life Alaskans at the Alaska Aviation Museum. We’ll see you there on Wed., Feb. 28, 5-8pm!
