On our way back from a weathered-out flightseeing trip, we took a left turn instead of going straight back to town. The result? A nice video of our road trip over Hatcher Pass. We traveled from Willow to Palmer. That’s from the Susitna River valley to the Matanuska River valley. Hey–I did the route in my teentsy-weentsy Nissan Sentra. Just take it slow. It’s an AWESOME drive. Mountain passes, sweeping vistas, blueberries, babbling brooks…the works. Check it out! Do it this weekend!
